The New Faces of Church Planting

Welcome to “The New Faces of Church Planting.” It’s North America’s largest-scale, most cross-denominational survey designed to provide a 2022 “state of church multiplication.” With your help we’ll learn much — new launch strategies coming out of the pandemic, best practices for helping people come to faith in Christ, funding patterns, growth benchmarks, ethnicity dynamics, and more.

Would you be willing to help the next generation of church leaders stand on YOUR shoulders to reach the world for Christ? 

Exponential is working with ECFA (Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability) to discern the emerging “new normal” of church multiplication – what’s working well, what’s changing, where are the pinch points, and what are the breakthrough discoveries?

The survey has three tracks: one for church planters and founding pastors, another for campus/site/location pastors and/or multisite executive pastors, and another for multiplication movement leaders. 

The survey incentives (listed on the opening page of the survey) include receiving an executive summary of the findings. It will give you benchmarks and trends for the future that God is unfolding.
