Deb Walkemeyer

Dr. Deb Walkemeyer serves as Strategic Catalyst for Multiplication and on the Executive Leadership Team of the Free Methodist USA. She also serves as Global Pastor of the nationally recognized, Light & Life Christian Fellowship — a missional, multi-ethnic, multiplying church which Deb and her husband Larry led for the past 30 years. Deb is a speaker, author, Master Gardener, community leader, Marriage and Family therapist, and business owner.

Mindy Caliguire

Mindy Caliguire

Mindy Caliguire is Founder/President of Soul Care – a spiritual formation ministry that exists to increase soul health in the Body of Christ. She’s served in executive leadership in both ministry and marketplace contexts, is a former board member of Leadership Network, and currently serves on Stadia Church Planting and LeaderCare boards. She speaks and writes on the topics of Soul Care and leads the growing team at soulcare.com who work with individuals and organizations to bring leaders to life by focusing on the health of the soul. 
Noemi Chavez

Noemi Chavez

Noemi Chavez pastors Revive Church, a multi-site in the greater Los Angeles area and Mexico. She is an international conference speaker and is cofounder of Brave Global, an organization that bridges relationships with girls that are on probation and in the foster care system and the local church as a preventative to human trafficking. Noemi also serves on multiple boards, some of which include Exponential, Exponential Español and Christianity Today. Noemi is committed to raising leaders and bridging generations to serve the future of the church and their communities.  In her spare time, Noemi enjoys reading and going on hikes with family and friends.

Kyle Ray

Kyle Ray

Pastor Kyle Ray serves as the Lead Pastor of Sent Church, a multi-campus, multi-ethnic congregation operating in Plano and Flower Mound, Texas. Kyle has been married to Petra for 24 years and have 3 children. Kyle is passionate about building healthy multi-ethnic congregations, developing Christ-centered leaders for the marketplace and the local church, and helping people discover their purpose. Kyle previously worked in the automotive industry after earning Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of Michigan and Georgia Institute of Technology respectively. Kyle has served as the Lead Pastor of Sent Church since 2019. Prior to serving at Sent Church, Kyle served as the Outreach Pastor and Lead Pastor at Kentwood Community Church located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Jared and Kelly Milam

Jared and Kelly Milam

Jared and Kelly Milam serve as urban missionaries and apartment church planters in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. They are the founders of Apt 247 Network, an interdenominational network that partners with Apartment Life to send planters to start churches alongside urban missionaries that specifically serve apartment communities. Jared is also the co-founder and co-owner of an estimating firm. Kelly serves with Apartment Life to equip and support missionaries as they live in apartment communities to make Christ known. Jared and Kelly have served the church both professionally and bivocationally since 2010 and have been involved in urban missions since 2013. Jared holds a degree in Ministry Leadership and Kelly holds a degree in Worship Arts. They have three amazing children- Bella, Nate and Ben.
