After the final payment for the sponsorship is received in October, a Dropbox folder link will be emailed to you. Use that link to upload your program book advertisement and other assets. Email deanna@exponential.org when the ad is added.

Upload your video after making sure it meets the specifications (below) to your Dropbox folder. Make sure your organization’s name is first in the video title.
The resolution should be 1920 x 1080 and in MPEG-4 format: h.264 for video and AAC for sound. You may use any electronic media delivery system, such as FTP, Dropbox, Hightail.com, or WeTransfer.com. Dropbox is the preferred method. Send a confirmation email to deanna@exponential.org. Your video cannot exceed the allocated time.
