Andrea HamiltonAndrea Hamilton – Passionate about the church and the people she’s been called to serve, Andrea has spent the entirety of her professional career in ministry. As a director at Mosaic Christian Church, she built the missions program into a sustainable, focused endeavor and developed the Kids Ministry into a thriving environment for children to encounter Jesus. She now works for Stadia as their Director of Global Development, helping to plant churches and care for children in Asia and South America. Steve Stroope

Steve Stroope – Called to pastor Lake Pointe shortly after its founding in 1979, Steve leads a congregation that has grown from 53 in attendance at its inception to more than 12,000 each week at Dallas metro campuses. In addition to leading Lake Pointe, Steve provides coaching to partnership churches throughout the world. Pastor Steve’s spiritual gifts are evangelism, leadership, and teaching. He has a passion for seeing the Gospel presented to unchurched people in a culturally relevant style without compromising its truth. He also believes that one of the keys to an effective church is keeping a balance between evangelism and discipleship.

Julie Bullock is a senior generosity strategist with Generis, a national consulting firm working with large churches, church plants, multi-site churches across all denominations in the area of accelerating generosity. Prior to joining the Generis team, Julie served as the pastor of generosity at Community Christian Church, a multi-site church in Chicagoland with twelve campus locations. While on staff at Community, Julie served as the director of development for the NewThing Network as a generosity and fundraising coach to new church plants and churches desiring to go multi-site. In addition to her prior work, Julie has served as the director of development for Wheaton College, leading a team of 30 advancement professionals in a $160 million capital campaign and has strong experience in gift planning and charitable estate planning.

Brett AndrewsBrett Andrews is the founding pastor of New Life Christian Church in the northern Virginia suburbs of Washington DC. Since launching in 1993 New Life has grown to be multi-site and has directly planted 230 churches with over 31,000 people reached. They’ve also built a national church planting ministry Passion for Planting that has impacted countless other church plants by providing free resources, project management, and by shaping Exponential into what it is today. New Life also runs the nZone, an indoor recreational facility, which allows over 400,000 Washingtonians experience the love to God every year before they know it’s God’s love they are experiencing. Brett’s greatest blessing on earth is his wife of 29 years, Laura, and their four children. He enjoys sailing, coaching baseball, and his beagle, who will eagerly greet you by wetting the floor.

Øivind Augland is together with Jürgen Eisen the initiator for Exponential Europe. He is the founder of M4 CP network in Europe. M4 is today working in 15 different European nations. Øivind has also initiated the NC2P (National Church Planting Process – NC2P.org). The goal for the NC2P network in Europe is to mobilize the whole body of Christ in a nation, working together to strategically respond on the need for church planting in the nations. He has been a pastor and church planter within the Evangelical Lutheran Free Church of Norway for the last 25 years. Today he is leading the area of church planting in this denomination. He is the founder and part owner of Xpand Norway and Persolog Norway. Øivind’s call in life is to bring unity and multiplication. Unity: To bring people from all nations, generations and denominations and ministry to work side-by-side in expanding the Kingdom (Nehemiah 3:1f). Multiplication: Train others who can train others in a life of Grace and Truth. (2 Timothy 2:2). He is married with Linda and have 4 kids ages 25; 22; 20; and 18.
