Joby MartinJoby Martin is the founder and lead pastor of The Church of Eleven22 in Jacksonville, Florida. In 2012, through an unprecedented movement of God, Pastor Joby and a team of leaders successfully launched The Church of Eleven22 out of Beach Church in Jacksonville Beach. Since this time, he has led a movement for all people to discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ that has grown to four campuses serving over 10,000 people across fifteen weekly services, with plans to launch a fifth campus in 2019.

In addition to providing The Church of Eleven22 with vision and leadership, Pastor Joby is a national speaker who has spoken at Acts 29 conferences as well as at Expo East and West, Sticky Team East and West, NINES, and Velocity. He is also an active member of the Acts 29 church planting network.

Pastor Joby’s wife, Gretchen, serves the church alongside him by writing music and singing with The Church of Eleven22’s worship band. They reside in Jacksonville and have a son and daughter.

Laura TateLaura Tate is passionate about reaching families inside and beyond the church walls with the Gospel. She has spent the past 20 years working with children, family, and outreach ministries in campus ministry, church plants and established congregations. Currently a Community Solutions Specialist with MOPS International, Laura lives with her husband and three children in Kansas City.

Tony Sorrentino is the Chief Strategy Officer at OX Creative, a full-service creative agency based in Chicago, IL that helps organizations working to do good in the world to tell their story through film, design, and digital communication. He is a certified StratOp Facilitator and LifePlan Guide who helps teams gain clarity on where they are, where they want to be, and how to get there. Before joining the team at OX, Tony served on staff at Willow Creek Community Church for nearly a decade, leading worship and overseeing weekend programming for various ministries and programs.

Chris SurrattChris Surratt is a ministry consultant and coach with more than twenty years of experience serving the local church. Chris served on the Executive Teams at Cross Point Church in Nashville, TN., and Seacoast Church in Charleston, S.C., prior to becoming the Discipleship and Small Groups Specialist for LifeWay Christian Resources.
