Virgil Grant began full-time ministry in 1990 and became senior pastor of Eastside Community Church in Richmond, Kentucky. He has been involved with Next Level since 2007, providing leadership development and training for the SBC. Virgil has also served on the board of directors for Prince of Peace since August 2010.

Jim Putman is the co-founder and senior pastor of Real Life Ministries in Post Falls, Idaho. Real Life was launched with a commitment to discipleship and the model of discipleship Jesus practiced, which is called, “Relational Discipleship.”
